Beyond the Analytics provides support for the BTA Charts custom visuals for Microsoft Power BI. We’re here to help with installation, data binding, formatting, bug reports, and feature requests.

What to include
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- The name of the visual and its version (shown in the format pane under “About”).
- Where you’re using it — Power BI Desktop or the Power BI Service (app.powerbi.com).
- A clear description of the problem and the steps to reproduce it.
- A screenshot of the visual and, if possible, the field wells you’ve bound.
- Sample data that reproduces the issue, if you’re able to share it.
Documentation
Most questions are answered in our documentation, which includes a getting-started guide, a reference page for every visual, and field-well “Build These Examples” recipes:
- Getting started — installing and adding a visual to a report.
- Chart reference — every visual, with live demos, data-role guidance, and formatting options.
- Changelog — what changed in each release.
Compatibility
BTA Charts visuals run in both Power BI Desktop and the Power BI Service, and are built on the supported Microsoft Power BI Visuals API. They render entirely within Power BI’s sandbox and require no external services or configuration.
